Submission to God
NKJV Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
"In all your ways acknowledge Him"
This phrase emphasizes the importance of recognizing God's sovereignty and presence in every aspect of life. The Hebrew word for "acknowledge" implies an intimate knowledge and relationship, suggesting that believers should seek God's guidance and wisdom in all decisions and actions. This concept is rooted in the Shema (Deuteronomy 6:4-5), which calls for loving God with all one's heart, soul, and strength. -Biblehub
