Life Coach Guidance

  • Emotional Management. Guide you through resources that help change your thinking and behavior.
  • Develop a plan to achieve your goals. Once you know what you want, a life coach can help you to develop a plan to achieve it. This may involve breaking down your goals into smaller steps, setting deadlines, and identifying resources that you will need.
  • Overcome obstacles. Everyone faces obstacles on the path to achieving their goals. A life coach can help you to identify and overcome these obstacles, so that you can stay on track.
  • Provide support and accountability. Having someone to support you and hold you accountable can be invaluable on your journey to achieving your goals. A life coach can provide this support and accountability, so that you are more likely to succeed. I also give out worksheets and science backed tools to help.

How it works: (general example)

Free consultation 

We discuss your needs and I'll let you know if I'm able to help you. 

If your needs are more than I can provide, then I'll find you resources to help you move forward. 

If we both agree that we'd be a good fit, then we discuss your goal(s) and the overall story of what you need from a life coach. Review and sign contract. Forms to fill out.

All sessions after this are a fee (paid sessions).

Paid Sessions

1. First Session. I'll be handing out some science backed resources. We'll start your goal plan and break it down into achievable steps. You'll start the first step. 

2. Second Session. Discuss the first step that you did, along with the next steps that you'll start. 

3. Third Session. Discuss achievements and any obstacles. Resolve the obstacles.

4. 4th Session We'll discuss your progress and anything that may be slowing down the goal path.  From here, you'll decide if you need more sessions.

What it costs

$25 per session promo for a limited time.

Average session 45-60 minutes. (Confidential Signed Agreement)
